About Us

Uplift Northwest is a nonprofit social enterprise that helps people overcome barriers to employment and build long-term economic stability. For more than 100 years, we have supported individuals navigating challenges related to poverty, justice involvement, housing instability, and limited access to opportunity.

Through workforce development, transitional and direct employment, and strong employer partnerships, we connect people to real jobs while providing the wraparound support needed to succeed. Our services include job training, career coaching, case management, and access to essential resources such as meals, transportation support, showers, laundry, and stabilization services.

Uplift Northwest operates multiple social enterprises and employment programs that allow participants to gain skills, confidence, and work history while earning a living wage. We also work closely with businesses, municipalities, and community partners to create pathways to sustainable employment that benefit both workers and employers.
