    Visiting Angels Renton Home Care Renton, Washington Salary $75,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses Job Type Full-Time Position Summary Visiting Angels Renton Home Care is seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Community Liaison to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in building strong community partnerships, increasing awareness of our home care services, and helping seniors and families access the support they need to remain safe and independent at home. The Community Liaison serves as the face of Visiting Angels within the community and is responsible for establishing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, senior centers, community organizations, and other healthcare professionals throughout the South King County and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, home care, senior living, hospice, or community outreach and will be dedicated to promoting exceptional client care and customer service. As a Community Liaison, you will play an essential role in helping families connect with quality home care services while strengthening our relationships within the healthcare and senior care community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, senior centers, and community organizations Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners and healthcare facilities to educate them about Visiting Angels services Build long-term partnerships through consistent communication, follow-up, and exceptional customer service Represent Visiting Angels at networking events, community events, health fairs, chamber meetings, educational seminars, and senior-focused programs Increase brand awareness and promote Visiting Angels services throughout the community Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral sources Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth transitions for new clients and excellent communication between all parties involved Assist families and referral partners with information regarding home care services and available resources Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, referral contacts, and business development efforts Create and implement outreach strategies to support company growth goals Maintain professional relationships with existing referral sources while continually expanding the company’s network Participate in care consultations and community education opportunities as needed Stay informed about industry trends, local healthcare resources, and changes within the senior care industry Promote the company’s mission, values, and commitment to compassionate care at all times Work closely with management to meet census and growth goals Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, assisted living, medical sales, community outreach, or related field preferred Strong understanding of the senior care industry preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Compassionate personality with a genuine desire to help seniors and families Comfortable speaking in public and representing the company at events and meetings Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required Ability to travel throughout the service area regularly Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email communication, CRM systems, and scheduling software preferred Preferred Skills and Experience Existing relationships within the healthcare or senior services community are a plus Experience working with hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, or case managers preferred Experience with networking, community engagement, or business development Knowledge of home care regulations and senior care resources preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary of $75,000 annually Performance-based bonus opportunities Flexible schedule Paid time off Mileage reimbursement Supportive and collaborative team environment Professional development and advancement opportunities Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families Positive and mission-driven company culture Work Environment This position requires regular travel throughout the community and frequent interaction with healthcare professionals, families, clients, and community partners.
