Jenny Ling focuses her practice on estate planning, real estate, and business needs of her clients. She excels in guiding her clients through the often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions to create plans to ensure the well-being of their families and the accomplishment of cherished goals. Her considerable legal expertise includes family protection, wealth preservation, and values-based planning, as well as planning strategies for unmarried couples and divorced individuals.
Jenny graduated from Seattle University School of Law. During law school, Jenny worked as a law clerk and paralegal at an insurance defense firm in downtown Seattle and completed an externship at Corbis where her work focused on intellectual property and business matters. Jenny speaks Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and German.
Heidi Mitchell's passion for real estate was cultivated through assisting her mother and grandmother in strategically investing in residential and commercial properties. Her family instilled the importance of unwavering ethics and integrity. She strives to truly understand her client's unique goals and works relentlessly to make their dreams a reality. Her ability to strategically negotiate the best possible terms for her clients stems from her holistic way of thinking.
Heidi Mitchell provides clients with a comprehensive perspective of the marketplace. One of her key strengths is the ability to research and analyze the local real estate market, as well as thoroughly understand how national and global economics influence the region. Through staying up-to-date on potential zoning changes and understanding the market from an investor's point of view, she has insight into how communities will change in the future. She works closely with other real estate professionals to stay in tune with who the buyers and sellers are. She recognizes that a sense of urgency matters and strives to respect her client's time.
