Tools and Strategies to Strengthen Relational Leadership

This assets-based training builds leadership confidence and skills. Training participants ground themselves in their personal and professional values, and explore awareness of self and others through a lens of emotional intelligence. Participants discuss strategies for understanding team personalities and navigating conflict. Additionally, participants explore a leadership framework to help guide them through preventing burnout, tapping into motivational factors, and building resilience. By the end of the training, participants will have:
-          Increased clarity on core leadership values, beliefs, and purpose
-          Knowledge of the emotional intelligence framework
-          Awareness of their own leadership journey, including peak experiences, challenges, and growth opportunities
