Solstice Senior Living at Normandy Park invites you to take a few moments to Relax.Reset. And Renew.
Join us for some lite bites, a quick meet and greet, and a 30 minute guided meditation session at our local Aya Yoga Oasis.
Pop by in your work-wear, no yoga is involved. Just meditation, to center ourselves for the summer!
