About the Owner
Merle Steinman was frustrated trying to find a high-quality retirement environment for both his and his wife Vi's parents.

After a longtime career in construction and hospitality, Merle and Vi (with help from their sons) built Boulevard Park Place Active Senior Community for ages 55 and better. 

Although Merle passed away in 2004, Boulevard Park Place has remained a labor of love. Ron Steinman continued day-to-day operations and management, and, up until her passing in 2025, his mother Vi was still onsite overseeing the gardens, shrubs and trees almost daily. The beautiful grounds reflect her love of flowers and her unwavering hard labor!
