KLCS Spanish COVID Scam Awareness

Los estafadores se aprovechan frecuentemente de las vulnerabilidades de individuos. El brote del COVID 19 ha creado oportunidades para que los consumidores sean víctimas de los estafadores.

Una representante de la Oficina del Fiscal General del Estado de Washington le proveerá información sobre el robo de identidad y estafas,y en particular los relacionados con el COVID 19, cómo puede protegerse usted y sus seres queridos, y cómo recuperar su identidad si fuese víctima de robo de identidad o de estafa. Habrá oportunidad de hacer preguntas y recibir respuestas. Necesita registrarse. 

Registración requirida. Se le mandará una invitación o correo email un día antes del programa para participar a través de Zoom.

Scammers often prey on the vulnerabilities of individuals and the COVID-19 outbreak has created an opportunity for scammers and identity thieves to prey on consumers. A representative from the Washington State Attorney General's Office will provide information about identity theft and scams, particularly those related to COVID-19, how you can protect yourself and your loved ones, and how to recover if your identity is stolen or you fall victim to a scam. An opportunity to ask questions and get answers will be provided.
