Start your career pathway as a Hazardous Material Technician/ Asbestos worker.
• Starting wages ≈$20+ (higher, if with a union).
• Free training for Basic Food Employment & Training (BFET) eligible participants funded by the Environmental Protection Agency and Workforce Development Training Grant.
• Open to all King County Food benefits recipients (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, SNAP) who are at least 18 years old, and do not receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
