NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the items listed below on Monday, November 8, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m. that will be conducted electronically, with the City Council, Mayor, staff off-site to discuss the topic below:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DECREASING THE CITY OF TUKWILA REGULAR LEVY FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR, COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2022, ON ALL PROPERTY, BOTH REAL AND PERSONAL, IN COMPLIANCE WITH RCW 84.55.120; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend the virtual meeting, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk’s office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
