I’m Penny West — a real estate broker with Keller Williams. With more than 15 years of experience in property management and recruiting, I bring a practical, people-first approach to buying and selling homes. I live locally with my family and love being part of our vibrant, connected community.

After years of guiding people through the rental market, I transitioned into real estate with a mission: to help families build stability and generational wealth through homeownership. I believe owning a home is more achievable than many realize, and I’m passionate about walking clients—especially first-time buyers—through each step with clarity, care, and confidence.
