2026 Success Foundation Gala
2026 SUCCESS FOUNDATION GOLDEN GATSBY GALA
One Night. A Generation of Opportunity.
What if one introduction could change the direction of a young person’s life?
A conversation with an employer.
A first visit to a workplace.
A mentor who sees their potential.
A career they never knew existed.
These are the opportunities the Success Foundation works to create for young people throughout South King County.
On November 6, we invite you to help us create more of them.
The 2026 Success Foundation Golden Gatsby Gala brings together businesses, community leaders, partners, and supporters for an unforgettable evening with a purpose: investing in our young people and building the future workforce of South King County.
Attend. Sponsor. Donate. Share. However you choose to participate, we need you at the table.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Our region’s businesses are asking an important question: Where will our future workforce come from?
The answer starts long before someone submits a job application. It starts when a young person discovers a career they did not know existed. When they walk into a workplace for the first time. When an employer takes the time to answer their questions. When they learn how to introduce themselves professionally, build a network, find a mentor, and begin seeing a future for themselves.
That is the work of the Success Foundation. Through programs like our Workforce Discovery Lab, students explore high-demand careers, meet industry leaders, develop workplace skills, gain mentors, and build professional networks. Our work is designed to expand career-connected learning, support economic mobility, connect education with workforce needs, strengthen relationships between schools and employers, and develop future talent pipelines for local businesses.
WHY BUSINESSES SHOULD CARE
Workforce development is economic development. The businesses that will drive South King County's economy tomorrow need talent. Our young people need access, exposure, relationships, and opportunities today.
When businesses invest in the Success Foundation, they are helping build that bridge.
Your support helps young people understand the opportunities available in their own community while giving employers an opportunity to help shape, inspire, and connect with the next generation of talent. This is not charity disconnected from business. It is an investment in the workforce, families, and communities that make a strong regional economy possible. When a young person succeeds, a family becomes stronger. When families have greater access to economic opportunity, communities become stronger. When businesses have access to a prepared, connected, homegrown workforce, our entire region becomes stronger. That is the return we are working toward.
YOUR SUPPORT CREATES OPPORTUNITY
Every sponsorship, ticket, table, auction donation, and contribution helps us continue creating meaningful opportunities for young people. Your support helps us:
• Expand access to career-connected learning
• Introduce students to high-demand industries and career pathways
• Connect young people directly with employers and mentors
• Develop workplace, leadership, and professional skills
• Build stronger connections between education and industry
• Support economic mobility for local youth and families
• Strengthen the future talent pipeline for South King County businesses
One experience can open a door. One relationship can change a trajectory. Together, we can create thousands of possibilities.

2-SPONSOR

Sponsorship demonstrates to your employees, customers, partners, and community that your organization is invested in creating opportunity and strengthening the region where we live and do business.
Opportunities are available for businesses of different sizes and investment levels.
BECOME A SPONSOR
Download our 2026 Golden Gatsby Gala Sponsorship Opportunities or contact the Chamber team to find the right opportunity for your organization.
3-DONATE
You don't have to be a major sponsor to make a meaningful difference.
Your business already has something valuable to contribute.
Consider donating a product, service, gift card, dining experience, hotel stay, tickets, professional service, unique experience, or other item to support our Gala fundraising efforts.
Every donated item helps us raise resources that can be reinvested into workforce development and opportunities for young people.
Our donation form makes it easy to contribute, including options for drop-off, mailing, or arranging pickup.

4-SHARE
Maybe you can't attend this year. You can still make an impact.
Share the Gala with your network. Invite another business to sponsor. Forward this page to a colleague. Introduce us to someone who believes in workforce development, education, economic mobility, or creating opportunities for young people. Sometimes the most valuable contribution you can make is opening a door.
THEN, WE CELEBRATE.
Impact is the reason we gather. But we're going to have a great time while we're doing it. Step into the elegance and energy of the Roaring Twenties for our Golden Gatsby Gala, an evening celebrating community, collaboration, opportunity, and progress. Guests will enjoy:
✨ Live 1920s-inspired entertainment
✨ Art Deco décor and golden ambiance
✨ Cocktails and dancing
✨ Photo experiences
✨ Dinner and celebration
✨ Opportunities to support the Success Foundation
✨ Connection with business, community, education, and workforce leaders from across our region
Dress in your finest Gatsby-era attire or modern formal wear and join us for an evening celebrating what we have accomplished together and investing in everything still ahead.
THE ASK IS SIMPLE: FIND YOUR WAY TO SAY YES.
Sponsor. Attend. Donate. Bring your team. Invite a friend. Share our story. Make an introduction.
There is a place for every business and every community member in this work. We don't want cost, company size, or sponsorship level to be the reason someone walks away. If you believe young people deserve access to opportunity... If you believe businesses need strong local talent... If you believe economic mobility strengthens families... If you believe South King County's future is worth investing in... Then this is your invitation to be part of it. We cannot build tomorrow's workforce alone.
Join us.
